On April 19th, our colleague Andrea Martin Guindal participated on behalf of Ingredalia in the IV International Scientific-Technical Conference UM-IMIB/ CEBAS-CSIC on Diet, Microbiome, and Immunity in Cancer and Metabolic Diseases, which we sponsored. During the event, we presented our business model and our ingredients obtained through circular economy and foodtech practices.
Our broccoli-based ingredients act on the metabolic processes involved in the diseases discussed at this interesting conference!
