It is a pleasure to welcome Marta Gorria Muñoz to our team at Ingredalia. Marta holds a degree in Food Process and Product Innovation, specializing in Technology and Sustainability in the Food Industry from the Public University of Navarre. Her previous experience includes roles such as laboratory technician in the BCC Innovation department of the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, where she focused on cutting-edge culinary techniques and the characterization of Asian fermented products. She also collaborated with the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (CSIC-IATA in Valencia), working on projects related to the upcycling of food by-products.

Marta possesses deep knowledge of the circular economy concept and solid experience in food ingredient analysis and extraction techniques. We are confident that her expertise and skills will bring great value to Ingredalia. We welcome Marta to our team and look forward to working together on exciting projects in the future!
