We welcome to our team Elena Gabriela Rodriguez Morales, Graduate in Food Science and Technology specialized in Food Safety and Biotechnology from the University of Burgos. She has developed her professional career as an R&D Technician developing products and recipes at both laboratory and industrial levels, until her transition to the market in the coffee industry. In this industry, she has also held the position of Customer Quality Manager, whose main objective has been to always take their needs into account in order to meet them in the most efficient and effective way possible. She therefore has extensive experience in development, product industrialization, and customer relations, which will be of great value to Ingredalia and its clients.
