Ingredalia was founded in 2017 as a Technology-Based Company (TBC) with a clear purpose: to give a second life to the richness of our fields.
We develop innovative ingredients from by-products of the canning and freezing industry in the Ebro Valley, especially from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli. Thanks to our proprietary biotechnological processes, we extract bioactive compounds that improve human health and the sustainability of the planet.
