PROJET ADIHOJA<\/h3>\n

Le projet consiste en l’ex\u00e9cution d’un essai pilote afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des extraits naturels pouvant se substituer aux nitrates et nitrites actuellement utilis\u00e9s dans l’industrie de la viande, mais aussi en identifiant quelles autres substances sont pr\u00e9sentes dans les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res d’origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, afin qu’avec l’utilisation de la biotechnologie et d’autres technologies disruptives englob\u00e9es dans ce qui est actuellement connu sous le nom de foodtech, davantage de compos\u00e9s d’origine synth\u00e9tique actuellement employ\u00e9s dans le secteur alimentaire puissent \u00eatre substitu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Dans ce projet, nous \u00e9valuerons divers sous-produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux comme source possible de compos\u00e9s r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 l’objectif du projet.<\/p>\n

Ce projet est soutenu par ACC10<\/a>, dans le cadre de la ligne de Projets d’innovation ouverte et disruptive (appel \u00e0 projets 2023) et de la ligne de Projets de D\u00e9veloppement d’entreprises \u00e9mergentes (start-up) pour la r\u00e9alisation d’essais pilotes, avec le code de dossier ACE105\/23\/000095, dot\u00e9 d’un budget de 24\u202f968,32 \u20ac et d’une aide du m\u00eame montant.<\/p>\n
