Ce projet exploitera des cultures permettant d\u2019obtenir des aliments contenant des prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e en termes de sant\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur fonctionnalit\u00e9, la biodisponibilit\u00e9 des nutriments et leur digestibilit\u00e9, telles que les prot\u00e9ines concentr\u00e9es, hydrolys\u00e9es et ferment\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Outre NAGRIFOOD, le projet int\u00e8gre deux centres de connaissances, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Navarre (UNAV) et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Publique de Navarre (UPNA) en tant que r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de recherche, ainsi que 5 entit\u00e9s du secteur agroalimentaire couvrant diff\u00e9rents maillons de la cha\u00eene de valeur. Les entit\u00e9s participantes sont ALIMENTOS SANYGRAN, GRUPO AN, PRODUCTOS TREVIJANO, ALINTER ALIMENTACI\u00d3N, GALAR FOODS et INGREDALIA, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant la coordinatrice du projet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>BIOGREENFOOD se d\u00e9roulera sur 2 ans et demi dans le cadre de l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets d\u2019aides pour la r\u00e9alisation de projets strat\u00e9giques de R en 2024-2027 et, \u00e0 ce titre, est financ\u00e9 par le Gouvernement de Navarre.
